Deidra Boyd

Deidra’s journey with Colonial Center for Hearing began in the summer of 2019 in a dual role as a Patient Care Coordinator and Vertigo Technician. Prior to that, she spent 12 years as an Administrative Assistant at a veterinary clinic.

Deidra enjoyed working with animals; however, she felt that her passion for helping people wasn’t completely fulfilled. Through hands-on training, she quickly learned that caring for two-legged patients was the perfect fit and an great career path for her. Her compassion, patience, and dedication have been truly impressive. After spending three years as a vital part of our vertigo diagnostic and treatment process, she transitioned into her current role as a full-time Patient Care Coordinator. She treats every task, phone call, and patient with the same attention and professionalism.

Deidra is married with three children and enjoys spending time with family and friends. Her hobbies include swimming, playing board games, and meeting new people. She is also an avid traveler and has visited many exciting destinations in recent years; be sure to ask her where she is heading next!
